The hotel boasts a REALLY convenient location. It's close to public transport and many shops! The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms were very clean and stylishly furnished with good amenities. It felt luxurious, and the stay was enjoyable. This made moving around the hotel very easy.

I experienced some noise from what sounded like furniture moving above my room around 4am. THIS did disturb my sleep.

The staff were very helpful and polite. excellent cleanliness was apparent throughout my stay. breakfast and the food in the bar were very good. I especially enjoyed the variety of options. the location was quite convenient (close to the tube station, a definite plus).

The room was a bit noisy at times. I think it might have been due to the window frames rattling.

i was pretty disappointed. the room felt really cramped with a lot of dark brown wood, it was quite depressing. there was barely any space to walk between the bed and the bathroom door, it was just too small, dark brown wood
